Bio - Lisa Lacy is the Founder and Spiritual Director of the School of Spiritual Intelligence, a pioneering educational platform redefining how trauma, intuition, and human potential are understood and taught. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of psychology, nervous system regulation, and spiritual development, Lisa’s work challenges the belief that healing is about fixing what is broken. The School of Spiritual Intelligence was created in response to two critical gaps Lisa observed over years of clinical, coaching, and lived experience. The first was in healing itself, where people were taught to manage symptoms but rarely taught how to listen to their bodies or trust their internal guidance. The second was in the experience of teachers, healers, and facilitators, many of whom were expected to carry the roles of educator, technologist, marketer, editor, and administrator simultaneously, often at the expense of their own well-being and creative depth.
Lisa’s methodology integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed education, and embodied spiritual practice into a cohesive framework that transforms survival instincts into evolved spiritual intelligence. Her multidisciplinary background in psychology, performance studies, theology, storytelling, and executive healthcare leadership allows her to bridge intellectual rigor with intuitive insight while building systems that support both students and educators.
Launching publicly on January 25 during the Half Moon Rising event, the School of Spiritual Intelligence serves as a collaborative home for faculty and creators who are ready to focus on teaching and transformation, not platforms and algorithms. The school provides the technical infrastructure, marketing support, and editorial systems needed to bring meaningful education into the world without burning out the people delivering it.
