Bio: Originally from Chicago, Roxanne Faire has nearly 20 years experience in medical aesthetics. In 2005 she found her way to aesthetics through an unexpected invitation to try Botox. She immediately saw the potential and was hooked! Soon after, Roxanne played an instrumental role on the team that developed the first nationally recognized medical spa in LA. From there, she built 17 different medical spa locations in Southern California from the ground up over the next 10 years until she was finally able to build her own, working under Dr. Mark Ghalili. Aesthetics on Highland opened in November 2019 just a few months after the passing of both her parents that same year.
Roxanne’s personal journey to slow her aging process grew into a vision to grow a better kind of med spa which led her to the latest in innovative treatments with a natural approach. She introduces treatments that fit her lifestyle and that will help her look and feel her best naturally. Roxanne has personally tried all the services she provides, before offering them to her patients. She has an unbelievable eye for detail and will seamlessly guide you through all your beauty needs. Roxanne built Aesthetics on Highland as a safe, empowering, energetic beach spa within her community.
A South Bay resident for over 20 years, she enjoys an active lifestyle as a working wife and mother to her 10-year-old son, who’s the center of her world. Her hobbies include traveling, working out, sailing, and being a soccer mom. She currently volunteers as the Secretary of the North Manhattan Beach City Council BID.
