Bio– Lori Conrad Haila is a branch manager and licensed mortgage loan officer in Fort Worth, Texas with Venture Lending Group. Lori began her career in finance in 1995 and has a complete understanding of knowing what it takes to get the best financing for her clients.
In her role as branch manager of Venture Lending Group, Lori leads a team that is responsible for overseeing loans and providing clients an array of loan options, as well as having over two hundred qualified lenders. She is responsible for originating, training, and giving underwriting assistance to her loan staff. Lori is currently licensed in TX, CO, and LA and will soon be expanding to many other states as well.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University. She has held the following positions prior to joining Venture Lending Group: Branch Manager at Network Funding, Senior Branch Manager at Home 123, Senior Loan Officer at New Century Mortgage, Underwriter at The Associates Finance. Additionally, while attending Texas Christian University, Lori volunteered at the Warm Place which is a grief support center for children and their families. Lori headed both the teen and young adult groups, the experience she gained during the five years she spent facilitating youth support groups still underlies her commitment to providing caring service to every client today.
Lori has helped hundreds of clients over the years to achieve their mortgage goals from buying their dream home to all types of refinancing. Lori feels that it is extremely important for the public to be updated constantly and made aware of the current market changes that exist when someone is trying to obtain financing for a purchase or a refinance of their home. Lori and her team understand that a mortgage is truly one of the most important financial decisions that one makes and strives to not only provide the best rates and products but to also create an overall plan for long term future wealth for her clients. Lori’s team also understands the importance of building outside relationships with Realtors, Financial Planners, CPA’s, Insurance Agents, and other independent contractors through effective communication and marketing.
Lori walks her clients from the first step of the process all the way to the very end and keeps her focus on having a client for life. Perhaps her background in psychology underlies her commitment to building trusting relationships with each client and focusing on their unique needs.
When Lori was asked to describe her professional philosophy, she responds with her very own version of the golden rule: “I only provide my clients with loans that I would do for my own mother! My commitment to treating my clients the same way I would treat my family and friends — and the same way I’d want to be treated if I was on the other side of the table — has been a constant throughout my career”.
