As a first-generation American immigrant, Chaitali grew up believing that with trust and perseverance, no dream was beyond reach. Her family came to America with just $18 and a desire to pursue the American Dream. Watching her family’s journey inspired Chaitali to pursue her own career and entrepreneurial endeavors with passion and fervor.
As a proof of concept mentor, Chaitali has spent many years learning, implementing and realigning herself to scale to the top. In addition to achieving a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics and Medical Technology, Chaitali holds multiple certifications across many industries and modalities, including a Master of Neuro-Change, Master NLP, Master Reiki, Certified Master Coach of Excellence, Board Certified in Hypnosis, Human Design and Emotional Freedom Technique. In her downtime, Chaitali enjoys spending time with her family exploring and finding adventures, both throughout the world and also in their own backyard. As a corporate family and avid world travelers, the Desai’s have lived across the United States, the Netherlands, South Africa and Zambia.
